Meet Krys
Krys is a Philadelphia native. She moved to New York City to study International Governance and Policy at Columbia University. She spent her early career in New York City before moving to Germany in 2019.
Krys brings over 13 years of experience working in scaled transformation efforts focused on organizational agility and cultures built to embrace the face-paced, tech driven world.
She supports leaders and teams of global enterprises to holistically improve their businesses by focusing on their people, org design, and operational processes.
Krys has led scaled transformation initiatives across multiple sectors including - the US Federal Government, banking and lending, beauty and cosmetics, defense and space, e-commerce, commercial retail, luxury goods, healthcare and education.
Meet Julia
Julia’s passion is creative problem solving and digital transformation in today’s fast-paced world. She is a Hyper Island trained facilitator and life-long learner. Aiming to help companies embrace a true human-centered focus, her ambition is to identify and implement new ways and tools of working to teams large and small.
With focus on her passion, Julia co-founded March. With March, Julia and her brother transformed the over 100 year-old family farm to an e-com DTC-brand. Prior, Julia has worked in the digital strategy and transformation team at adidas, working closely with the executive leadership team to develop their strategy.
Meet Max
Max is an expert in culture transformation at scale. He combines team coaching, leadership development and organization design to develop organizations that can respond to the complexity and uncertainty of the 21st century.
By introducing simple practical tools that spread like wildfire across the employee population, Max has helped huge organizations - including PepsiCo, Chanel and Colgate - with their biggest cultural challenges including empowerment, agility and inclusion.
Max has spoken about the future of work at conferences across the world, and has worked with leaders at Lego, Porsche and Bayer to help cultivate psychological safety within their own organizations.
Meet Jasmine
Jasmine is a finance professional with experience in private equity, investment management, and freelance strategy consulting. Her work has primarily involved acquisitions and strategy, with a focus on early-stage fintech companies and financial institutions.
She has also provided operational and creative strategic guidance to a variety of businesses, from startups to established companies like Amazon and Adidas. Jasmine is known for her analytical skills and creative problem-solving.
She is driven by a desire to improve business outcomes for shareholders and stakeholders.
In her free time, she is passionate about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where she holds a blue belt and enjoys coaching and competing.
